Life in Chicago
Chicago, on Lake Michigan in Illinois, is the third most populous city in the United States, after New York City and Los Angeles. Famed for its bold architecture, it has a skyline bristling with skyscrapers such as the iconic John Hancock Center, sleek, 1,451-ft. Willis Tower and neo-Gothic Tribune Tower.

The city is also renowned for its museums, including the Art Institute and its expansive collections, including noted Impressionist works. Deals on Amazon for you!
Chicago is one of the cities of the world with a big lake. The city lies beside huge freshwater Lake Michigan, and two rivers—the Chicago River in downtown and the Calumet River in the industrial far South Side—flow entirely or partially through
Chicago. Chicago’s history and economy are closely tied to its proximity to Lake Michigan. The lake also provides another positive effect, moderating Chicago’s climate; making waterfront neighborhoods slightly warmer in winter and cooler in summer

The city is the United States’ third-largest convention destination.
Most conventions are held at McCormick Place, just south of Soldier Field.

The American Society of clinical Oncology (ASCO) holds her Annual meeting yearly

during summer at the McCormick Place.
One of the best times we’ve had

was visiting Chicago together (Terry, Bukola and I) in the summer of 2014. Terry’s presence made it exciting.
His adventurous nature made us explore the city despite our busy schedule.
We took a stroll through the millenium park, walked by the lake, visited the navy pier and the Dromedary.

It is a nice place to be. I hope you will be there one day.
